1General Provisions & Applicability

1xbe (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply to all registered and unregistered users in Bangladesh and every other region where the Platform operates.

By accessing 1xbe's website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 1xbe, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance at any time after registration.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

1xbe regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and more. Each bonus is subject to specific terms, and failure to comply with those terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (typically 20x to 40x the deposit plus bonus amount). Withdrawals will not be processed until this requirement is met.
• Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games or game categories. Using a bonus on a restricted game may result in forfeiture of that bonus.
• One Bonus at a Time: Having more than one active bonus at the same time is generally not permitted unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system (e.g., multiple accounts, artificial bets) will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• Right to Modify Bonuses: 1xbe reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5Betting Rules & Results Policy

The following rules apply to participation in Sports Betting, casino games, slots, or any other betting activity.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless there is evidence of a technical error.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds applicable at the time of bet submission are final.
• Event Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded or the bet will be declared void.
• Technical Errors: If a technical error or server fault causes an incorrect result to be displayed, the verified correct result will apply.
• Maximum Win Limit: A maximum win limit applies to each game and betting category. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.
• Match Fixing: Any bet found to be linked to match fixing or other illegal activity will be voided and the associated account will be closed.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xbe platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Hacking, cracking, or any attempted cyberattack
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games
• Attempting to launder money or introduce illegally obtained funds
• Artificially exploiting or abusing the bonus system
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Intentionally disrupting platform operations

7Account Suspension & Closure Policy

1xbe may temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account under the following circumstances.

• Rule Violations: Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate account suspension.
• Incomplete KYC: Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe will result in account restrictions.
• Suspicious Activity: If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account, it will be suspended for the duration of the investigation.
• User Request: Self-exclusion or break requests made by the user will be honored and actioned promptly.
• Legal Requirements: Any account may be suspended upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.

If a suspended account is investigated and the user is found to be in the clear, the account will be reactivated and the balance will remain intact.
